The energy of this chakra allows you to let go, to move, and to feel change and transformation occurring within your body.

Makes sense

The best poses for this chakra open the heart are camel pose, and cobra

One of the most challenging things in life is to be vulnerable. We all seem to be going the way of becoming more closed and constricted, due to computers phones, deskwork and driving. Physically, we rotate our shoulders forward; we push out our chin and round our upper body to protect the heart.

This constricts the flow of energy to the heart and creates an imbalance in the heart chakra.

Throat Chakra

This chakra is about accepting your truth, honoring your authentic voice, also allows you to seek knowledge of truth, this is where it all audibly comes through us or gets stuck in us

The best poses for this pose are plow. This pose provides very strong opening for both throat and heart chakras.

Both the throat and the heart are protected in the front and exposed and opened at the back. Also try fish pose to open the front of the chakra

This chakra is about all seeing, as in outer and inner realms, it allows us to experience clear thought as well as gifts of spiritual contemplation and self-reflection. You should always keep in mind inner guidance and inner voice

The best poses for this chakra are downward dog, poses are those that help us connect with our inner self and those that prepare us for ultimately head stands.

Crown Chakra

Completes the journey and connects us with the universe and a divine source of energy.

This chakra allows us to experience oneness and transcend individuality to be part of the big whole

The best poses for this are headstand and quiet corpse pose focusing the third eye inward with your breath, also realizing the connection and Kundalini energy within and unifies all.
