Yin Pose of the Week
Wheel of Life
This pose is affectionately called the wheel of death by my Pro athletes due to the intensity of the stretch. It is multi-faceted in that is wrings out and realigns the spine, detoxes the body, increases flexibility of back, hips, and neck, and brings you face to face with the imbalances of the rotation of the spine. Do this pose 5 minutes on each side.  Sink in and breathe.
