This deep hip opener will take pressure off the low back, open the hip flexors and most importantly it is thee best glute stretch ever. Typically named “medicine for sciatic pain” as it is crucial to stretch the piriformis. The more open the hips are in all directions the less the stress and strain on the knees as well. Do this for 3-8 minutes on each side, sink in and breathe.
