This deep hip stretch will create space in the back and open the gluten, for better range of motion and power in the hips. It will also lessen the load on the knees. Relax your jaw while holding this and if it is very hard for you sit high on a block or pillow. Get in deep but still able to breathe, Do this for 3-8 minutes , sink in and breathe.
