This pose has a duel purpose. it opens the hips deeply AND can be a great releaser of the low back. If you cannot grab the feet you can use a strap OR you can pull the knees in towards the armpits by pulling in from behind the knees. hold this pose for 2-3 minutes and gently rock side to side. sink in and breathe.
