This pose and its importance should not be underestimated, as a transitional realignment option, and a long restorative pose. Play around with arm positions and be sure to rest your head either on the ground or extra props. It is outstanding for back health, deep rest, and mindful breathing. Do this pose 5 minutes, sink in and breathe.
