Yoga Move of the Week – Reclining Straddle Fans

Reclining Straddle Fans

This move will open the groin and inner thigh preparing you for high speed and agility sports like reclining cobblers. Have your hips on a block to make supporting the move easier and reduce strain on the back. Keep your head on the ground the whole time. Do this move for 2-3 minutes and then hold the straddle for 2-3 minutes before a yoga session or workout!
