Yoga Move of the Week – Arm ups

This move will strengthen the back arms and shoulders. It helps you sync your breath with your movements so you can rest the mind. It is a great move to clear your space, and anger. Do it fast or slow…inhale the arms up exhale the arms down. Do this move for 1-3 minutes before a yoga session or workout! Breathe
