This move will strengthen the back and really challenge the core with a touch of hamstrings! Sync your breath with your movements so you can rest the mind. It is a great move to challenge your focus and strengthen the entire body. Do it fast or slow…inhale the arms up exhale the arms down. Do this move for 1-3 minutes before a yoga session or workout!
