Wrist shakes
This move is great for opening tension in the wrists and forearms, it also strengthens the entire arm and touches the core too if you are vigorous enough!  Wrist issues are rampant now with our tech age and carpal problems are epidemic.  Really exaggerate the movement.  It is an invigorating move that will surprisingly reduce stress and anxiety.
Do this move for 1-3 minutes before a yoga session or workout.
